The JPL returns this week as the race for finals weekend hots up with just two weeks left for the stars of tomorrow to make their mark.
Table topper Archie Self will be looking to keep Owen Bryceland at bay as the Scot chases down ‘The Archer’ at the summit. While Mitchell Lawrie faces Mongolian sensation, Tergel, as the top four all meet at Hangar61!
In the Girls Power League, the unbeaten Macy Gibbons will face Yaz Ruck-Harvard as she looks to continue her near perfect record in the Power League. Rebecca Allen’s league season will come to an end with her facing both Lucy Shepherd and Kirsten Casley.
Rebecca Allen will also be looking to chase down Macy Gibbons at the summit of the JDC Girls Series rankings after a strong display on home soil this past weekend. Gibbons, who defeated Allen in back-to-back finals last time out, dazzled in the opening few months in 2026 and will be looking to increase the cushion over her rivals with another strong weekend in Bristol.
Lola Wheeler remains in contention for the number one spot, as do newcomers Lucy Shepherd and Abbi Ettridge. With Yazmine Ruck-Harvard leading a strong collection of Welsh contenders as she looks to get back to her best.
The JDC Advanced Tour returns this weekend with the chasing pack behind Mitchell Lawrie looking to close the gap to the Scot at the summit. Just four points separate the next four competitors, with JDC World Master Kaya Baysal leading the charge alongside Jayden Walker.
Ben Townley will be looking to capitalize on some excellent recent form after making his PDC Pro Tour debut last week in Hildesheim. Townley won his first Advanced Tour title last month and will be looking add another title to his growing reputation in Bristol.
There is further international flavour heading to Bristol this weekend with Mongolia’s Tergel Khurelkhuu again in attendance on the back of the news that his home nation will compete in the World Cup of Darts for the first time. There is also representation from seven Belgian throwers in the mix this weekend, as well as Dutchman Quinn Sneeboer.Four Advanced Tour events take place over Saturday and Sunday at Hanger 61 before the culmination in June with the final quartet of events, with the Girls Series following a similar pattern.
This week also singles the penultimate week of Junior Power League fixtures, with the final set of fixtures slated for mid-June, and finals day set to take place in August!
