The JDC are delighted to announce the return of the PDPA scholarships for 2022.
The PDPA has offered its Development Tour scholarships in the past to JDC players who are eligible to play (over 16yrs) on the PDC’s Development Tour, which allows three players each year to compete in all Development Tour events for free.
Now with the resumption of JDC activity post Covid restrictions, once again players towards the latter part of their playing time with the JDC can enjoy the next stage of development in their darting careers.
Three players will be picked from the current JDC ‘s Advanced Tour order of merit in 2021 at the completion of the tour in late August giving yet another target for young players to shoot for on the tour.

"Delighted to see this scholarship programme reignited. We are seeing such great success in the future of our sport at the moment, it’s a great opportunity for the players on the JDC circuit.
Having been involved myself with the JDC with my own JCDA academy in Derby, I can’t wait to see these players flourish from this experience such as Jarred Cole, Keelan Kay and others have done in the past".
