Logan Paterson and Sean Hutchinson are the latest players to qualify for the Volts finals on September 27 after winning their respective regional finals.
Paterson continued the excellent form he showed during the group stage to win the Scotland regional final and secure his place at the national finals.
The 15-year-old from Methil, who attends Fife Academy, dominated the Scotland group, finishing 60 points clear of his nearest competitor.
He carried on that form in the regional finals in Kirkcaldy, beating Riley Harris 4-3 in the final.
Paterson, who hit the winning double when Scotland beat England to win the team event at last year’s Nations Cup, had to come through an earlier final-leg decider when he beat Robert Sutherland in the semi-final. Prior to that, he had beaten Connor Turner 4-0.
Hutchinson, meanwhile, showed that a player’s final position in the group stage doesn’t have to hinder their progress – as long as they finish inside the all-important top 32.
He won the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland finals – despite having finished 21st in the group stage.
Hutchinson, from Cork, beat Jackson Timoney 4-1 in the final, after seeing off No 1 seed Jack Porter 4-3 in the semis. He had earlier beaten Charlie Doherty 4-3 in the last eight, Jack Courtney 4-3 in the last 16 and Jase Green 4-1 in the opening round.
